RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Here at Blunt we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases on this site. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange any UNUSED products within ten (10) days of the receipt of your purchase. Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been correctly satisfied.

If all of these conditions are satisfied, Blunt will refund the value of the returned product(s), sales tax included, less any original shipping costs. Blunt will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. However, you will have the option to request that your returned merchandise be shipped back to you, at your own cost, in the condition in which it was received.
Blunt will exchange your product once we have received your return. Please email email@example.com with an exchange request. Purchasers are responsible for shipping charges on items that are exchanged. Exchanges may be made on items of equal value only, not including shipping charges.

Receiving your Refund
Blunt will begin processing your refund once we have received your returned item(s). Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days from the receipt of your return. Blunt will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used from the original purchase. Your account should be credited within one to two billing cycles from the date of return depending on the credit card company that you use.
